How it works
Step 01
The camera classifies doneness state: colour, texture, and surface profile assessed for each tray independently.
Step 02
Once classified as ready, the system sets the hold window by food type. No input required from staff.
Step 03
The unit signals the five-minute service window. Staff retrieve to order. The cabinet reloads for the next cycle.
